I’m just one little human in the process of life who is experiencing growth and gaining wisdom by the Grace of the Universe.  Life brings us if we are willing attention to an awareness beyond limiting beliefs and perceptions.  Sometimes we get just a glimpse and have to catch it and hang on.  The task within perception is to ‘care take’ our emotions.  I like to think of it as healthy emotions holding hands with emerging perceptions keeping us on track to our personal truths.

In every situation I’ve come to understand that the common element preventing one from attaining desires is the ego avoiding life’s experiences.  From fear to blame to resistance of letting go, we are responsible for the creation and unfolding of positive opportunities in our lives.  An introspective question to ask oneself is at what point do we stop falling victim to shame and guilt in the quest of following one’s own path?  Asking for help in any area of life is not a weakness as society would often have us believe, on the contrary it shows a great deal of strength and courage in the forward movement of one’s life.  I know I would not be where I am today had I not walked outside of my comfort zone and asked for help.  We are after all in this together!

On the spectrum of abundance versus lacking, people tend to grade ‘the other’ based on their own perception of societal achievements.  That seems to be a formulated point of judgement used as a basis for self awareness or lack thereof.  We are ‘other ‘ oriented a lot of the time watching and judging while negating attention to our own lives.  I feel observation is useful when another’s experience becomes an example of desires and creativity used in the quest of higher purpose.  Always tune in to the positive vibes I say!

My message is that if we take care of our emotional self with daily practices, we feel good in the face of this chaotic world and  set ourselves free to live our life’s experiences more fully.  Whether you believe in God, a Higher Power or just know there is something other than us working for us, I make the point that the Divine does not make mistakes in the creation of each of us.  We are all equally important to the function of the Universe as we are here to experience growth, love and contrast.

Lastly, let’s not compete for attention to the degree it’s not in service to self or humanity;  but rather put our attention on our own self and celebrate our fellow souls by being each other’s cheerleaders.  There are no limits other than the limits placed by the self unwilling to see the abundant possibilities just waiting to be taken in the quest of growth.

With Love and Gratitude
