2016 is a Nine Universal Year and a lot is being asked of us. We are constantly being nudged to respond to life with compassion and tolerance while people and events push up against us. The Universe brings into our lives the very things we need to place our attention on and compassion is certainly one of them. As human beings we have a great capacity for compassion but the lack of ‘feeling connected’ has created the illusion that we are separate and divided. If we embrace the idea of ‘respond rather than react’, we remove the personal bias we have attached to propagating compassion.
Are you aware of your triggers? Are there things, people or events that spark a negative emotion or cause a physical contraction in you? What gets a charge out of you? And do these ruin you day? Everyone of us can answer yes in part or to all of these questions. The world we live in has a lot of crazy happening and that can feel overwhelming. What I want you to know is that you can see the world around you in a more peaceful loving way by ‘switching’ the lens you view it through. A shift in perspective is work done to ‘unlearn’ patterns that have kept you stuck in the emotional body. It’s a recalibration if you will, of your thoughts, your automatic responses that follow your internal gps, your spirit, your true self.
In sharing, I have recognized my familiar patterns in this life. Some have been relatively easy to work on, while others, more resistant requiring a higher level of dedication and cultivation. We are all a work in progress. The Universe will keep bringing forward experiences that create reactions in order to provide us the opportunity to work on them. Our Universe is a beautiful Omnipresent overseer, it’s constant and loving. Our human selves can’t possibly understand all that the Universe offers, yet the underlying Universal truth is that the Universe has your back. So when certain things in your life repeat and repeat, take notice because you are being shown you have as many chances as you need to learn!
When we loosen the grip on our learned emotional responses we begin to allow for the realization of our deepest desires. Our energetic field begins to change and we start to see more of the glimmers of what we want our reality to become. Sit with this as maybe your internal gps brought you to this article just to put into your awareness these ideas.
