The Drama of life is acted out in a Nine Universal Year. The energies of the Universal Planetary System tell the story of us and the energy of our universe. Both are Universal Truths. Within those truths is our human condition, our personal environments and of course what we do with it all – our Free Will…

We have seen a tremendous amount of horrific pain and chaos, with hurtful intent and anger in recent times. People’s defenses are high, patience is low and generally speaking many are feeling highly sensitive. We are here to learn and grow and it is within these contrasts of pain vs. joy, love vs. fear that we actually decide where on the spectrum to place our life’s experiences.

I offer my perspective and the questions I ask. Where there is anger, I question the source. Where there are unjust actions, I question the source. You see, I believe we are in a time where we are being nudged to hold the perspective of the observer, because as the observer we can get underneath the behaviors masquerading as anger. We are in challenging times and it is a constant practice to be in this place of knowing ‘self’ and not falling into doubt. It’s a perspective, a decision, a beginning, an act of self-love. At times, we all need support and help to look beyond that which is blocking us. If you find yourself wanting to reach out, I invite you to connect with me or someone else who does this work to help you with your perspective and to give you some tools to use on a daily basis.

Consider, something you feel very strongly about. A recent argument, an interaction, a judgement or anything in your life that you feel angry or combative about. Step back and take a moment, a really introspective moment… Can you possibly look at it from the other side? Can you get underneath the surface of it where you take whatever it is personally and remove yourself from it? Here is what I suggest: Inject love and personal peace into the energy of the issue, become an observer. Hold the position where you can look at it, specifically the anger or fear around the person or the issue. Stay there for a while. Now see if it dissipates; see if it allows for a better solution than you could have imagined prior to this exercise.

I will leave you by saying that you can stand in your own peaceful personal power through the practice of kindness to self and to all others, knowing love is the only way to go.

Embrace Your Joyful Self
With Love
